A Day in the Life
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Helps lead the creation and establishment of global company positioning, brand strategy, and strategic communication frameworks enterprise-wide.
- Develops and implements the brand identity system, brand tools and resources to drive consistent, common approaches.
- Builds and manages the infrastructure and tools to support brand excellence globally including systems, policies and guidelines that empower the enterprise to develop and deliver brand-centric communications, products, services and programs.
- Establishes effective methods for auditing, reviewing, and educating others on the application of the brand as well as defining and directing strategies to measure the value of the Medtronic brand internally and externally.Conducts research to evaluate Medtronic reputation, brand strength and creative concept impact on certain stakeholders.
- Assesses potential positioning and brand strategies through research.
- Bachelors degree required
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 0 years of experience
