Downstream & Procedure Innovations Product Manager CHRF EMEA – Home Office 

As the CRHF Implantables & Diagnostics Downstream & Procedure Innovations Product Manager, you will facilitate the marketing plan development and execution of cross-category marketing campaigns to fuel product sales and the Procedure Innovations portfolio. You will support creation of campaigns (including traditional and digital channels), facilitate implementation of campaigns with countries, and manage sales force communication across EMEA.  In this role, you will also coordinate the cross-category marketing plan with inputs from strategic marketing managers and country marketing managers. As Product Manager for Procedure Innovations, you will be responsible for the planning, management and direct marketing initiatives for TYRX™ and External temporary Pacemakers (EPGs). 

A Day in the Life

Coordinate development of cross-category marketing campaigns to differentiate the portfolio and defend market share in partnership with strategic marketing and global marketing leads  
Execute the implantables & diagnostics promotional plan to include cross-business media planning, optimization of marketing mix, and measurement/reporting to leadership 
Coordinate the execution and reporting of marketing campaigns with the country marketing teams 
Manage EMEA sales force communication channels to include gathering content across marketers, synthesizing, and measuring the impact – optimize sales force communication to maximize engagement 
Facilitate development of cross-category marketing plans in partnership with strategic marketing and country marketing teams 
Support message and concept testing while developing cross-category marketing campaigns in partnership with strategic marketing 
Support Sr. Downstream Marketing Manager in gathering best practices across country marketers and disseminating across the team 
Formulate and review corporate short and long-range plans, goals, and objectives 
Develop marketing strategies and tactics to ensure effective product placement relative to market opportunity
Facilitate & support KOL development and champions 
Identify trends & new market opportunities 
Manage Pricing, inventory & product launches for products at various product lifecycle
Must haves 

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or other related fields
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in marketing
Advanced IT skills in MS Office, i.e., MS Excel / PowerPoint 
Fluent communication in English (both verbal and written) 
Experience in developing and implementing marketing campaigns (i.e. digital marketing, content marketing, lead/demand generation) 
Strong project management skills 
Experience healthcare markets 
Excellent presentation and communications skills 
Customer focused
Excellent interpersonal skills - being dynamic and decisive, highly collaborative, with ability to work within multiple cross-functional teams
Self-starter that takes the initiative to start and complete assignments on their own 
Self-motivated, with a positive attitude to overcoming barriers, a creative problem solver
Strong time management skills, with a track record of delivery against deadlines, organization – being well-structured 
Able to follow strategy and direction 
Flexible on product lines and projects, according to evolving business priorities 
Willing and ready to travel approx. 20% within the region EMEA

Nice to haves 

Fluent in a second European language
