Under the leadership of Cath Lab Technologies Training Academy Leader for EMEA Region-Led Markets EMEA RLM this role supports the implementation of the Health Care Professionals (HCP) Training and Educational strategy and activities in fields related to device therapy and diagnostics of Cardiac Rhythm Diseases (Cardiac Rhythm Management, CRM) and to interventional treatment of cardiac tachyarrhythmias (Cardiac Ablation Solutions, CAS).

A Day in the Life
You will:
- Work in close collaboration with the Training Academy Team members across EMEA RLM Region and support the execution of T&E programs defined by strategic T&E plan
- Contribute to the planning and development of T&E activities such as: medical symposia, HCPs educational conferences and workshops, with the help of key opinion leaders
- Help with the implementation of the medical and educational programs (Clinical Immersions, Masterclasses, Fellowships, Proctorships, GLP Learning Pathways, Scientific Round Tables, etc.)
- Help to conduct all CRM and CAS trainings in MIC including practical participation in simulators setup and handling all types of medical simulators, located in MIC
- Help with the analysis of the operation unit’s pool of KOL (Key Opinion Leader) and proctors to ensure optimum utilization of these resources in T&E activities
- Run databases of trainees and participate in preparation of all types of tracking documents and other necessary data
- Recent graduate
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in field of biomedical science, biomedical engineering or biology/medicine or marketing
- Fluency in English and Turkish (written and spoken)
- Proficient in MS office (Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good analytical skills with highest level of integrity
- Very good organizational and project management skills
- Customer focus with high level of empathy and adaptability
- Good communication skills, willingness to work as a part of international team
- Willingness to travel within the region (very limited)
- Proven understanding of the medical device or pharmaceutical area and healthcare systems’ specifics
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in and lead cross-functional teams
- Eager to learn & develop
- Advanced knowledge in Power Point and creation pivotal tables in Excel

- Based in Istanbul, Turkey
- Work model: hybrid (3 days per week in the office minimum)
- Full-time (40h per week)
- Duration: 6 months (with possibility of extension)
