Careers that Change Lives
Medtronic Diabetes helps people gain better control and awareness over their diabetes. We work in the challenging space where medical devices are in the hands of everyday people, and those people expect state-of-the-art technology to help make managing their diabetes easier and more connected.
Join the Medtronic Systems Engineering team in designing a connected ecosystem of insulin pumps, glucose sensors, mobile apps, and cloud computing systems. In Systems Engineering, we manage complexity; technical product design and cross functional team collaboration. We work in the space between marketing, engineering (mechanical/electrical/software), clinical, UI/UX, regulatory, and quality to bring these experts together to collaboratively design medical device products.
You will lead, direct, and organize Systems Engineering activities in converting business and customer needs into solutions through concept ideation, system designs, trade studies, data analysis and modeling. You will also serve as the Systems Engineering lead on some projects. After driving concept designs, you will take concepts from ideas to products, through defining architectures, requirements, features, interfaces, and user workflows for how all these devices work together in the system. Your participation will also be instrumental in helping the Core Team Leader organize the project’s execution.
About - Diabetes Business Group
