We are hiring a Project Coordinator IV to join our Marketing Portfolio Strategy Team where you will help develop and support the overall project coordination; facilitating weekly meetings, status reporting, decision-making, action planning, and internal communications of the growing team! A Day in the Life
- Develop detailed project plans for new initiatives (pilot, research, small project)
- Support contracting process and coordination of feedback from physicians and other health care professionals, so that the Marketing and SW development team can ensure their concepts meet customer needs
- Develop and support of overall project coordination; facilitating weekly meetings, status reporting, decision-making, action planning, internal communications
- Support execution tasks for each pilot/project
- Support several small projects and teams concurrently
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
•High School Diploma or GED
•6+ years of administrative and/or project coordinator support experience
•Microsoft Office Suite experience (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
Nice to Have:
•Associate or Bachelor’s Degree
•Previous Medtronic or healthcare industry experience helpful
•Experience supporting Agile development projects
•Experience working with global partners or stakeholders or strong global mindset, comfort working with external stakeholders in various geographies and with varied cultural backgrounds
•Ability to work with ambiguity
