Position Description:      

IT Program Manager for Medtronic, Inc., Minneapolis, MN.   Establish and maintain appropriate governance arrangements for the Manage Service Partners (MSP) program that ensures the successful implementation of the outcomes derived through change. Provide a single point of contact to MSP for agreed IT services and ensure effective contractual service delivery from these partners.  Responsible for Service Delivery of MSPs including Cognizant or Wipro in Productivity, Collaboration, Voice and Faxing Services. Work with cross functional teams in different geographies to produce contracted results for Business & IT Stakeholders. Leverage IT Service Mgmt. (ITSM) tools including Service Now and Remedy to audit and track Incident, Service Request, Change and Problem tickets of MSPs. Utilize data mgmt. and analytics platforms like Configuration Mgmt. Database (CMDB), Power BI & Tableau for MSP’s performance measurement, tracking & reporting. Manage projects based on Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Waterfall, Agile and Scrum methodologies. Implement Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) best practices in Service Mgmt. Operations. Leverage technical knowledge of Operating systems, Windows Servers, Exchange, Proofpoint, Microsoft Office 365 Suite, Teams, SharePoint, Zoom, Cisco, Avaya & RightFax in daily operations. *Position is open to telecommuting from anywhere in the United States.

Basic Qualifications:       

Bachelors’ Degree or foreign equivalent in Electronics & Communication, Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical or engineering field and five (5) years of experience as an IT Program manager, IT analyst / Tech Lead, or related occupation. OR Master’s Degree or foreign equivalent in Electronics & Communication, Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical or engineering field and three (3) years of experience as an IT Program manager, IT analyst / Tech Lead, or related occupation. Must possess at least three (3) years’ experience with each of the following: Managing delivery for Productivity, Collaboration, Voice and Faxing Services; Working across geographies with cross functional teams with business & IT Stakeholders; ITSM tools incl. Service Now and Remedy; Data mgmt. and analytics Platforms incl. CMDB, Power BI, & Tableau; SDLC, Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum; ITIL best practices implementation; Windows Servers, Exchange, Proofpoint, O365 Suite, Teams, SharePoint, Zoom, Cisco, Avaya, and Rightfax.
