Marketing Specialist - EndoVenous

As Marketing Specialist for the Endovenous (EV) business in Western Europe, you will support the EV marketing group for operational marketing activities, including the development and implementation of marketing plans, the execution of promotional campaigns and the evaluation of their performance, the utilization of sales and marketing communication platforms, and the generation of market insights.
This role will support the three product portfolios in the EV business:
A Day in the Life
- Supports the development and implementation of EV marketing plans at regional and country
- Manages sales and marketing communication platforms (Folio, Square, SFDC, Tableau) and drives their utilization by the local sales and marketing teams.
- Manages the launch of new promotional assets, including their approval and distribution.
- Leads or supports the creation, implementation and tracking of omnichannel marketing campaigns, focusing on digital marketing via website, SEO/SEM, emailing, social media and online advertising.
- Evaluates and monitors the performance of promotional campaigns across channels and geographies.
- Interacts directly with EV product managers to identify new marketing opportunities amd programs.
- Facilitates and coordinates marketing activities with local teams.
- Supports the delivery of sales training and medical education programs.
- Supports promotional activities at conferences and tradeshows.
- Generates market insights by conducting external market research and analyzing internal sales data to guide marketing strategy and planning.
Must Haves
- Bachelor/Master degree in Marketing or Business
- Solid marketing background with 3+ years of experience at an international level
- Strong digital marketing skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Demonstrated project management skills.
- Strong software skills, including the MS office suite (particularly Powerpoint and Excel)
- Relationship management skills in a multi-cultural, international environment
- Fluent in English, any other European language a plus
- Available to travel up to 30% of the time
Nice to Haves
- Experience with business intelligence (Tableau, PowerBI) and CRM (SFDC) software.
- Entrepreneurial mindset eager to navigate unchartered territories to grow the business
- Experience working with external market research agencies.
- Experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry
