As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating product and campaign launches in Germany, Israel, Greece, Austria, and the Nordics Region securing integration of marketing and medical education activities through seamless cross-functional collaboration. Our Diabetes products include insulin pumps, glucose monitoring, smart multiple daily injection systems, software, and consumable product lines. The job entails working closely with the country’s marketing and field teams, as well as the Diabetes Headquarters in Switzerland.
We have been pioneers of diabetes management for more than 25 years. Our insulin pumps, continuous glucose monitoring, and smart multiple daily injection systems allow people with diabetes to track and manage their glucose levels. Medtronic Diabetes products help people improve their diabetes management and lower their risk of long-term complications.
A Day in the Life
- Coordinate product and campaign launches across GIGAN Region, securing integration of marketing, medical education, and market development initiatives
- Drive the development of the medical education plan, targeting Health Care Professionals, Patients, and Internal employees
- Define and coordinate projects to improve patient training, with a special focus on digital training opportunities
- Oversee and manage campaigns through Lightning (planning, execution via countries, tracking)
- Drive the development of the Medical Education newsletter, maintain the SharePoint site and be the main liaison to external vendors
- Support the preparation of regional Quarterly Business Reviews and other presentations for senior management
- Measure the success of activities and keep track of main KPIs
Must Haves
- Bachelor’s in Business or Master’s in Business Administration or Marketing is preferred
- 5+ years of project management experience
- Proficient in English communication
- Ability to understand and communicate complex concepts and ideas in a simple way to internal and external stakeholders
- Agile and flexible to handle multiple tasks and perform in a rapidly changing environment
