The Integrated Health Solutions (IHS) team of consultants work on public-private partnerships to help hospitals create more value for patients. In close collaboration with hospitals, IHS drives complex transformational change, implement innovative growth strategies, streamline patient-focused care pathways and optimize operations.
The consultants are professionals with in-depth knowledge of the healthcare value chain, patient pathways and optimization principles. As a Medtronic Integrated Health Solutions Consultant, you will connect with clinical staff and key stakeholders at the hospitals to understand and analyze their organization, culture and most pressing issues and deliver services and tangible solutions which improve their productivity and quality. You will work on projects that deliver well-scoped operational excellence and patient pathway optimization projects at Medtronic IHS key strategic partnership accounts.

You will take part in all elements in the change process from designing new solutions to change management and long-term implementation of changes.
IHS has entered in +200 partnerships across Europe and the Nordic consultancy team is growing with the increasing demand for IHS services and partnerships. You will be part of a smaller, agile team where we work closely together on initiatives and project and be ready to contribute to the growth through the ongoing development of innovative projects and solutions for the biggest hospitals in the Nordic countries.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute and progress on actionable plans for immediate improvement
- Partner with strategic Hospital accounts to drive complex transformational change, implement innovative growth strategies, optimize operations and improving collaboration, mindset and culture at several levels in the organization
- Influence key stakeholders by developing well-articulated situation analysis and business case for change
- Identify, frame and prioritize initiatives to capture value, and establish a roadmap and develop actionable plans/project portfolios for immediate improvement and costs savings
- Comprehensive stakeholder management across the organizational levels and solid understanding of the client’s values and beliefs
- Projects can be multifarious and comprehensive. Examples of projects are optimizing room utilisation, ensuring optimal planning and scheduling processes and improving patient flow and patient pathways
- Execute on end-to-end workstreams and projects, creating value and achieving the agreed-upon targets
- Capture learning and best-practices and continuously enrich the Medtronic consulting toolbox

As part of the EMEA Medtronic Integrated Health Solutions Consultancy Community, you should be able to:
- Work independently but according to standardized practices industrialized by the team
- Share and communicate determined best practices actively in the team
- Work together as a team to develop new service offerings out of pilot projects
MUST HAVE TO BE A SUCCES
- You hold a relevant bachelor or master’s degree
- Fluent in English and a Scandinavian language, preferably Danish
- 5+ years of relevant consulting experience
- Customer focus
- Hands-on execution and analytical skills
- Costumer focus and people understanding
- Experience with project management and skills from planning, coordinating and driving projects in collaboration with stakeholders, secure that milestones are achieved, resolving issues.
- Experienced problem-solving skills with the use of process optimization methodologies/process thinking (e.g. Business Process Re-engineering and/or Lean Six Sigma)
NICE TO HAVE
- Healthcare industry knowledge or experience
- Great executing skills and lots of energy
- Experience in Change Management is most welcome
