Diabeter is an entrepreneurial, innovation-focused T1 Diabetes clinics and a regional OU transforming patient care by harnessing diabetes technologies, IT, data analytics and evidence-based care. Founded in The Netherlands, Diabeter is expanding in EMEA and has an exciting pipeline of new products and expansion opportunities.
A day in live:
Your responsabilities may include:
- You will partner with Diabeter’s Technology Innovation and International Expansion Leader to engage with clinical teams at new customer accounts and support clinical change management process and deployment of Diabeter product.
- You will provide clinical perspective on product design and product implementation plans. You will support IT/ technology design organization to translate clinical needs into technical requirements.
- Responsible for budget process by tracking current, forecasted and proposed budgets within the T&E function.
- Maintains high level of product category knowledge through staying current in published information, regional regional market contacts, HCP & Patient interaction, and industry educational meetings
- Collaborates with local managers and regions to tailor made education to meet specific market and local needs
- Manage updates and development of curriculums, workshops and trainings for HCPs
- Operate in compliance with Medtronic’s compliance and Transparency policies and practices”
People management
- Manage direct reports, consultants or contractors
- Lead through influence, collaborating with T&E team members without reporting line
- Collaborate and leverage the expertise of team members to identify, ad- dress and manage educational needs of the customer
- Reviews the perfomrance of the team members annually and evaluates their specific project perfomrance
- Hire new team members and monitor the onboarding process for new hires.
Must Haves
- University degree (a degree in medicine would be a significant advantage)
- Proficient in English. Dutch is a big advantage. Another European language an asset
- Competent with Microsoft Office
- >5 years professional experience as a training manager
- Proven track record in designing and executing successful training programs
- Experience delivering diabetes care in a clinical setting
- Flexibility and ability to travel ~50% in country in the Region and EMEA. Candidate should be willing to spend extended periods of time in Netherlands, at least 1 week per month initially
